Pick any period: billed and actually collected amounts split by day, doctor, service, service category and payment method. Who gave how much discount sits in its own report, with the reasons.

Unpaid invoices are grouped by how overdue they are: 0–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days. You see at a glance which balances are going stale and who needs a call. An insurer's share is never counted as the patient's debt.

Set commission percentages per service category — clinic-wide or for a specific doctor. Commission is earned on money collected, not billed; if an invoice has a discount, it is spread across the lines pro rata.
