For ENT clinics
Ear, nose and throat — a right-and-left ENT exam in one chart.
Anamnez brings an ENT clinic's visits, prescriptions, cash desk and schedule into one system. Doctors record the ENT exam in a structured form and score McIsaac for a sore throat during the visit; you see revenue and empty slots.
A visit built for ENT doctors
The visit is made of ENT sections: complaint, history, ENT status, diagnosis and treatment plan. Every section except the diagnosis also has a free-text field, so doctors can write the way they are used to.
- Complaint with its side (right, left, both); history of previous ENT conditions and operations, allergic rhinitis, snoring, noise exposure, hearing aids and ototoxic drugs
- Ears right and left separately: auricle, ear canal, tympanic membrane, mastoid; hearing: Weber, Rinne and whispered speech
- Nose and sinuses, mouth and pharynx (tonsil size on the Brodsky scale), larynx (method, vocal cords and their mobility, voice), neck, vestibular tests (nystagmus, Romberg, Dix-Hallpike); a normal status fills in with one click
- Diagnosis with an ICD-10 code — otitis, sinusitis, tonsillitis, hearing loss, vertigo and other ENT codes; a visit can't be completed without complaint and diagnosis; a plan with procedures, investigations and a hearing-aid recommendation; visit summaries and referral letters as PDFs
McIsaac for sore throats, and safe prescribing
The McIsaac score (modified Centor) estimates the likelihood of strep throat: it is scored during the visit, saved to the patient's chart and plotted over time. Allergies and drug interactions are checked automatically the moment a prescription is written — including what other clinics prescribed. Patients can set medication reminders in the portal and log each dose; the doctor sees that log in the chart for the medicines your clinic prescribed.
A questionnaire before the visit
If your clinic switches it on, the patient fills in an ENT questionnaire in the portal before the visit — about 5 minutes: what is bothering them, since when and on which side, ear, nose and throat symptoms, hay fever, snoring, noise, past ENT operations, conditions, medicines and allergies. A parent fills in a child's questionnaire from the family account. If the patient reports trouble breathing, being unable to swallow their saliva, or bleeding that won't stop, the portal tells them straight away to call 112; for a sudden drop in hearing in one ear it advises contacting the clinic to be seen sooner. Nobody reads the questionnaire before the visit — the doctor sees the answers during the visit and moves them into complaint and history in one click; what the doctor wrote is never overwritten.
Between visits: the plan and patient files
When the visit is completed, the doctor shares a plan with the patient: the follow-up date, tasks and warning signs. There are ready-made lists for sore throat and tonsils, ear infection, and nosebleeds and sinusitis, so the patient gets in writing when to call 112 and when to contact the clinic. The patient can send you an audiogram or a CT report done elsewhere (PDF, PNG, JPEG) through the portal — the files land in the "Patient files" tab the doctor sees. Nobody watches any of this in real time — the doctor reviews it at the visit.
For the owner: a full schedule and a cash desk
Patients pick a time themselves in the portal and the public clinic directory, a freed slot is offered to the waitlist, and unbooked follow-ups land on a recall list. A doctor at another clinic in the network can refer a patient to you with an e-referral. Cash-desk shifts, discount limits, voluntary insurance registries and doctor commissions live in the same system.
Frequently asked questions
Does it connect to an audiometer or an endoscope?
No, Anamnez does not connect to devices. You order investigations such as audiometry from the visit and keep the results in the record; laryngoscopy findings are written in the ENT status.
We see children too. How do parents use it?
A parent acts for the child through a family account: they book the visit, fill in the questionnaire, and see the plan and prescriptions. The child's reminders go to the parent.
Which ENT scale is included?
The McIsaac score (modified Centor) — the likelihood of strep throat in a sore throat. The result is scored during the visit, shown with its risk band and saved to the patient's chart.
