Online booking
Online booking, reminders and a waitlist — fewer empty slots.
Patients book themselves in Anamnez Portal against the doctor's real schedule, confirm with the link in their reminder, and when someone cancels, the slot is offered to the next person on the waitlist. Your front desk spends less time on the phone and more with patients.
Patients book themselves
A patient creates a portal account, chooses your clinic, then the doctor, the service and a free time in that doctor's schedule. They can cancel or reschedule in the portal too. Your clinic is also listed in the public clinic directory, where patients can find you and go on to book.
- Online bookings land in the same schedule as phone bookings
- Two patients can never be booked into the same slot
- If you choose, your prices show in the booking step and the directory — one switch
Schedules built from real working hours
You set each doctor's weekly hours once; leave, days off or extra hours are added as separate exceptions. The portal only ever offers patients times that are actually free.
- Recurring appointments — say, every week at the same time — are booked in one go
- The front desk registers a walk-in patient with one click
Reminders with one-tap confirmation
The clinic decides how far ahead reminders go out (from 1 hour to 7 days) and over which channels. With the link in the reminder, the patient confirms or cancels; the link shows only the clinic and the time, never medical details. If a patient confirms by phone, the front desk marks it.
A waitlist that refills freed slots
Patients join a doctor's waitlist in the portal, or the front desk adds them. When someone cancels, the freed slot is offered automatically to the first people on the list — whoever claims it first within a short window gets it.
Follow-ups nobody booked
When a doctor completes a visit, they set a follow-up date. If the patient has not booked again in that specialty, they appear on the front desk's recall list, where calls are logged and recalls closed. The patient also gets one 'time to book' reminder a number of days ahead that you choose.
Measure no-shows
The owner's attendance dashboard shows, by week or month and for each doctor: attended and no-show visits, confirmed and unconfirmed appointments, and slots freed and refilled from the waitlist. You also see whether confirmations came from the link, the portal or the front desk.
Frequently asked questions
Does a patient need an account to book?
Yes — a free Anamnez Portal account, verified by email. The clinic directory can be browsed without one. A parent can also book for their child from their own account.
Which channels do reminders use?
Email, portal push notifications on the patient's phone, and the inbox inside the portal. SMS is not connected yet.
Do we have to publish our prices?
No — prices are hidden by default. One switch publishes your price list both in the portal's booking step and in the public directory.
