For children's clinics
The child's chart with the doctor, the appointments on the parent's phone.
Anamnez brings a children's clinic's visits, cash desk and schedule into one system. Paediatricians work in a visit form built for children, and parents manage their child's appointments, prescriptions and results from their own account.
A visit built for paediatricians
The visit is made of paediatric sections: complaint, history, general examination, vital signs, paediatric status, diagnosis and treatment plan. Every section also has a free-text field.
- History: birth (gestational age, birth weight, delivery mode), feeding, immunisation status, development
- Vital signs: weight, height, head circumference, temperature, heart rate, respiratory rate, SpO₂, capillary refill
- Paediatric status: height and weight percentiles and growth trend, motor, language and social development, nutrition and hydration
- Diagnosis with an ICD-10 code; visit summaries and referral letters as PDFs
Family accounts: the parent signs in for the child
In the portal, a parent adds a child profile to their own account and switches between profiles with one tap: the child's appointments, prescriptions, documents and results. If the child already has a chart at your clinic, the front desk links the parent to it. Reminders go to the parent. At 18 the profile is unlinked from the parent's account automatically. Every action — including a parent's on the child's behalf — is written to the audit log.
A questionnaire for parents and a plan after the visit
If your clinic switches it on, the parent fills in a paediatric questionnaire in the portal before the visit; the doctor sees the answers during the visit and moves them into complaint and history in one click. When the visit is completed, the doctor shares a plan with the parent: the follow-up date, tasks and warning signs. There are ready-made lists for fever, chest infections, vomiting and diarrhoea, so the parent gets in writing when to call 112 and when to contact the clinic. At the doctor's request the parent keeps a weight-and-height or seizure diary and decides whether to share it with your clinic.
Safe prescribing
Allergies and drug interactions are checked automatically the moment a prescription is written — including medicines other clinics prescribed for the child. Allergies on the child's chart are visible to every treating clinic.
For the owner: a full schedule and a transparent cash desk
Parents pick the doctor and time in the portal themselves and confirm or cancel from the link in the reminder. A freed slot is offered to the waitlist, and unbooked follow-ups land on a recall list. Cash-desk shifts, discount limits, revenue by doctor and commissions live in the same system.
Frequently asked questions
How does a parent see the child's chart?
The parent adds a child profile to their own account in the portal and switches to it. If the child already has a chart at your clinic, the front desk links the parent to it. One account can hold up to 10 child profiles; at 18 the profile is unlinked automatically.
Are there growth charts and an immunisation schedule?
The doctor records percentiles and the growth trend in the paediatric status, and immunisation status in the history. Automatic growth charts and an immunisation schedule are not available yet.
