Free trial
Getting started is free: you begin with a free trial period. During it you try the cash desk, reports, scheduling and medical records with your own patients and your own schedule.
Plans by clinic size
Plans are in AZN, tiered by the size of the clinic. We don't publish prices on the site because a two-doctor practice and a forty-doctor clinic need different things — we quote your exact price in a 30-minute demo.
- Cloud version: in a professional data centre, over encrypted connections
- Installation on your own server is a separately priced plan
Contract and payment
The contract is annual. You are invoiced monthly and pay by bank transfer.
Support that comes with it
Switching isn't a project. We train your team for free and help you move your old data.

Your data stays yours
The data belongs to the clinic. If you leave, we hand over a full export of all your clinic's data on request.

Why aren't prices listed on the site?
The plan depends on the size of your clinic. In the demo we get to know your clinic and quote an exact price in AZN. We reply to demo requests within one business day.
What happens after the trial?
You choose the plan that fits and sign an annual contract; you're invoiced monthly and pay by bank transfer.
Do training and migration cost extra?
Training is free — online or on site. You import your patient list yourself from CSV or Excel, and we help in person with moving older history on request.
