For radiology and imaging centres
From referral to report — radiology work in one system.
Anamnez brings an imaging centre's booking, reports, cash desk and insurance into one system. Radiologists write the report in radiology sections, patients download the finished report in the portal, and you see revenue by doctor and service.
A form built for the report
In radiology the visit isn't complaint-exam-plan; it's a report: indication, technique, comparison, findings, impression and recommendations. The work can't be completed without indication, findings and impression.
- Indication: study requested, referring doctor, clinical question
- Technique: modality (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, fluoroscopy, nuclear medicine), body region, contrast and protocol
- Prior studies for comparison; findings as free text and, if you like, a table by region
- Impression with an ICD-10 code; recommendations for follow-up imaging and specialist review
The finished report — as a PDF and in the patient portal
The report becomes a PDF document with section headings. The patient sees and downloads it in the portal — no trip back for a paper copy. Patients can also send you reports of studies done elsewhere through the portal; they land in the "Patient files" tab the radiologist sees, ready for comparison.
A safety questionnaire before the scan
If your clinic switches it on, the patient fills in a short questionnaire in the portal before the scan — about 3 minutes: pregnancy, implants, allergies — the questions that can change how the study is done. The radiologist sees the answers while working. When to call 112 and when to contact the clinic after contrast or a biopsy, the patient gets in writing in the plan the doctor shares.
E-referrals from other clinics
A doctor at another clinic that uses Anamnez can refer a patient to you electronically, with the patient's consent recorded. Your front desk accepts or declines the referral; the patient books with you from "Referrals" in the portal. Your radiologist's reply goes back to the referring doctor.
For the owner: cash desk, insurance and empty slots
Patients pick a time themselves in the portal and the public clinic directory, and confirm or cancel from the link in the reminder; a freed slot is offered to the waitlist. A service catalogue with AZN prices, invoices, cash-desk shifts, voluntary insurance registries and revenue by doctor and service live in the same system.
Frequently asked questions
Does Anamnez show images or connect to scanners?
No. Anamnez does not replace your image viewer (PACS) and does not connect to scanners — images stay in your current system. Anamnez handles booking, the report, documents, the cash desk and insurance.
How does the patient get the report?
The radiologist generates the report as a PDF document; the patient sees and downloads it in the portal. You can also print it if you like.
