For neurology clinics
Neurological exam, scales and the patient's diary — in one chart.
Anamnez brings a neurology centre's visits, cash desk and schedule into one system. Doctors record the neurological exam in a structured form and score scales during the visit; you see revenue, no-shows and empty slots.
A visit built for neurologists
The visit is made of neurology sections: complaint, history, general examination, vital signs, neurological status, diagnosis and treatment plan. Every section also has a free-text field, so doctors can write the way they are used to.
- Neurological status: cranial nerves (I–XII), muscle strength left and right, reflexes, sensation, coordination and gait
- Diagnosis with an ICD-10 code; a visit can't be completed without complaint and diagnosis
- Doctors keep their own templates and copy a section from the previous visit in one click
- Visit summaries and referral letters are generated as PDFs
GCS, NIHSS, MoCA and EDSS — over time
Scales are scored during the visit and saved to the patient's chart. Each scale's results are plotted on a chart, so recovery after a stroke, cognitive change or the course of multiple sclerosis is visible at a glance — without leafing through old notes.
Between visits: the plan and home diaries
When the visit is completed, the doctor shares a plan with the patient: the follow-up date, tasks and warning signs. There are ready-made lists for headache, seizures and stroke risk, so the patient gets in writing when to call 112 and when to contact the clinic. The doctor can also ask for a diary: the patient keeps a seizure, headache or blood-pressure diary in the portal and decides whether to share it with your clinic. A shared diary appears in the chart's "Home data" tab; nobody watches it in real time — the doctor reviews it at the visit.
A neurology questionnaire before the visit
If your clinic switches it on, the patient fills in a neurology questionnaire in the portal before the visit — about 5 minutes. The doctor sees the answers during the visit and moves them into complaint and history in one click; nothing the doctor wrote is ever overwritten.
For the owner: follow-ups don't get lost
Neurology runs on follow-ups. Follow-ups the doctor asked for but nobody booked land on a recall list, and a freed slot is offered to patients on the waitlist. Cash-desk shifts, discount limits, doctor commissions and revenue by doctor live in the same system. Allergies and drug interactions are checked automatically when a prescription is written.
Frequently asked questions
Which neurology scales are included?
GCS (Glasgow Coma Scale), NIHSS, MoCA and EDSS. Results are scored during the visit, saved to the patient's chart and plotted over time.
How does a patient keep a seizure diary?
The patient logs each seizure in the portal: when it happened, how long it lasted and what it was like. The patient decides whether to share the diary with your clinic; once shared, your doctor sees it in the patient's chart. The diary is not an emergency channel — nobody watches it in real time.
Our clinic has other specialties too. Is that a problem?
No. One clinic can run several specialties — Anamnez has 15 specialties ready, including internal medicine, cardiology, psychiatry and pediatrics. Each doctor's visit opens with their specialty's sections, while the cash desk and reports are shared across the clinic.
