For dermatology and venereology clinics
Skin exam, lesions and treatment plan — in one chart.
Anamnez brings a dermatology clinic's visits, prescriptions, cash desk and schedule into one system. Dermatologists record the skin exam and every lesion in a structured form and note topical treatment and procedures in the plan; you see revenue by doctor and service.
A visit built for dermatologists
The visit is made of dermatology sections: complaint, history, skin examination, diagnosis and plan. Every section also has a free-text field, so doctors can write the way they are used to. Fitzpatrick skin type and itch intensity (NRS) are recorded as scales during the visit and plotted over time.
- Complaint: affected areas, onset and course, itch intensity (0–10), associated symptoms, what makes it worse or better
- History: atopy (childhood eczema, asthma, hay fever), Fitzpatrick skin type, sun exposure and sun protection, prior treatments and their effect, contact exposures; a sexual history where relevant
- Skin examination: overall skin, extent and body surface area involved (%), Koebner phenomenon, dermographism and Nikolsky sign; lesions in a table — one row each with site, primary morphology, size, colour, configuration, distribution and secondary changes
- Nails, hair and scalp, mucous membranes, regional lymph nodes and dermoscopy findings; a normal skin exam fills in with one click
- Diagnosis with an ICD-10 code — skin and sexually transmitted conditions included; a visit can't be completed without complaint and diagnosis
Treatment plan: topicals, procedures, phototherapy
The plan lists each topical on its own row: where, how often and for how long to apply it; the prescription itself is written in the prescriptions tab. Procedures (biopsy, excision, cryotherapy, curettage, electrocoagulation, intralesional injection) with their site, the phototherapy modality (NB-UVB, PUVA, UVA1, excimer) and sessions per week, skin-care advice, investigations ordered and referrals are part of the plan too. Allergies and drug interactions are checked automatically the moment a prescription is written — including what other clinics prescribed.

A questionnaire before the visit
If your clinic switches it on, the patient fills in a dermatology questionnaire in the portal before the visit — about 5 minutes: what is bothering them, where and since when, how bad the itch is, what they have already used, atopy, how their skin reacts to the sun, new cosmetics or chemicals, medicines and allergies. If the patient reports swelling of the lips or face, difficulty breathing, blistering or peeling skin over a large area, or a rash with a high temperature, the portal tells them straight away to call 112. If a mole has recently changed, the portal reminds them to show it to the doctor at the start of the visit. Nobody reads the questionnaire before the visit — the doctor sees the answers during the visit and moves them into complaint and history in one click; what the doctor wrote is never overwritten.
Between visits: plan, photos, medicines
When the visit is completed, the doctor shares a plan with the patient: the follow-up date, tasks and warning signs. There are ready-made lists for a skin reaction to a medicine, a skin infection and after a skin procedure, so the patient gets in writing when to call 112 and when to contact the clinic. The patient can send your clinic photos of their skin (PNG, JPEG) or results from elsewhere (PDF) from "My files" in the portal; they land in the doctor's "Patient files" tab. With medication reminders the patient logs doses taken and skipped, and the doctor sees this on the chart for medicines your clinic prescribed. Nobody watches any of this in real time — the doctor reviews it at the visit.
For the owner: services, cash desk, confidentiality
Dermatology is as much procedures as consultations. A service catalog with AZN prices and per-doctor prices, invoices, cash-desk shifts, discount limits, voluntary insurance and doctor commissions live in the same system. Unbooked follow-ups land on a recall list, and a freed slot is offered to the waitlist. Another clinic sees the patient's visits with you only with the consent the patient gave to that clinic; lock-screen notifications and email subjects never carry clinical details.
Frequently asked questions
Which dermatology scales are included?
Fitzpatrick skin type (I–VI) and itch intensity (NRS, 0–10). Results are recorded during the visit, saved to the patient's chart and plotted over time.
Can we keep photos of skin lesions? Does it connect to a dermatoscope?
The patient can send your clinic photos (PNG, JPEG) and PDF documents from "My files" in the portal; the doctor downloads and opens them in the "Patient files" tab. Anamnez does not connect to dermatoscopes or cameras, and there is no separate archive for photos the doctor takes — dermoscopy findings are recorded as text in the skin exam.
Do venereology visits stay confidential?
Another clinic sees the patient's visits with you only if the patient has agreed to share their history with that clinic. Without consent, only allergies and recently prescribed medicines are taken into account for safe prescribing. Every opening of the chart is written to the audit log.
